What the Programme Delivers
Our Youth Development programme is not a single intervention — it is a structured journey that meets young people where they are and walks with them toward where they want to go.
Mentorship & Life Skills
Structured one-on-one and group mentorship pairing young people with experienced professionals and community leaders. Sessions cover goal-setting, communication, financial literacy, and personal development.
Vocational & Skills Training
Practical training in trades, digital skills, and entrepreneurship — equipping youth with marketable competencies that open doors to employment and self-employment in Cameroon's evolving economy.
Educational Support
Scholarships, school supplies, tutoring, and exam preparation support for students at risk of dropping out due to financial hardship — keeping young people in education and on track.
Leadership Development
Workshops, camps, and community projects that build leadership confidence, civic awareness, and a sense of responsibility to community — developing the next generation of Cameroonian leaders.
Young People Who Deserve Better
We focus on young people aged 14–30 in Yaoundé and surrounding communities — particularly those from low-income households, those who have dropped out of formal education, and young women facing additional structural barriers.
We do not require participants to meet any prior standard. We meet them where they are — and invest in where they can go.
