The Foundation's three-year strategic plan sets out priority outcomes across Youth Development, Hunger Alleviation, and Rural Healthcare — with measurable targets, resource requirements, and accountability milestones.

Each programme is underpinned by a documented theory of change that articulates how inputs and activities lead to intended outcomes — enabling rigorous monitoring and honest evaluation.
